They don't know much about how the government works, but it's guaranteed
they have opinions about what it ought to do.
This makes a case for repealing the 17th Amendment, and going back to having
the state legislatures elect the two members of the U.S. Senate to
represent their state. Why elect U.S. Senators by popular vote if nobody
knows or cares who they are?
