High-crime America?

23.1 for blacks, 7.8 for Native Americans, 7.6 for Hispanics, 2.7 for
whites, and 2.4 for Asians. The reality of crime in America is that the
white and Asian homicide rate is on par with Finland's. The American black
homicide rate is on par with those of Zambia and Rwanda (22.9 and 26.6 per
100,000, respectively)."

That's the reality of multiculturalism, you end up with a fragmented country
full of different sub-cultures often with vastly different situations in
each sub-culture. America doesn't have a "gun crime" problem, it has a "gang
crime" problem. Most of the country's crime is occurring in our major cities
and other areas (like the Border with Mexico) where there is significant
gang activity. Over sixty over cent of the murders in America are s of
criminals killing other criminals. The various criminal gangs are ethnically
homogenous, thus the majority of the violent crime is committed by handful
of ethnic groups. Overall the murder rate for the United Sates of America
was 4.8 per 100,000 in 2011.
For 2011, Canada had 1.73 homicides per 100,000 people. Nevertheless some
Canadian Provinces have a higher local murder rates than the U.S. average.
Minnesota had a 2011 murder rate of 1.4 per 100,000 people. This was not
only lower than the Canadian national average, but it was also lower than
many individual Canadian Provinces: Nunavut (21.01), Northwest Territories
(6.87) , Nova Scotia (2.33), Manitoba (4.24), Saskatchewan (3.59), and
Alberta (2.88). Why the higher murder rate in those provinces? Because the
aboriginal peoples who inhabit those provinces have greater murder rates
than white Canadians do.

A study done in 1977 comparing crime rates in Seattle and Vancouver even
indicated that white Canadians are slightly more violent than white
Americans. But hey you just have to go to a hockey game to confirm that!
What does this multicultural crime mean to us in America? It means that if
we Americans ever give up our right to keep and bear arms we'll be at the
mercy of the country's criminal underclass, because in a great many parts of
our country the authorities have proven unwilling and unable to deter crime
in any meaningful way that would ensure the public safety were the people
to be disarmed.
Only a few law enforcement official like Sheriff David Clarke of Milwaukee
County Wisconsin are honest enough and courageous enough to tell us we must
be prepared to protect ourselves.
