This is a transparent attempt to demonize and discredit Governor Scott
Walker in the public mind by making false public accusations against him.
Note the use of the words "criminal scheme" in the public statement by
persecutors Milwaukee County John Chisolm and Francis Schmitz. All people
will remember is that Walker was accused of something "bad", even if he is
never convicted of anything or if the people don't understand exactly what
it was that he is supposed to have done. The intent is that even if Walker
gets reelected as governor then he will by damaged goods by the 2016
Presidential election if this accusation gets repeated often enough.
This is why Hillary Clinton will be the next President (with "Bubba" as
Co-President), because by 2016 all potential Republican Nominee will have
been completely demonized and discredited.
