- Maryland Governor Larry Hogan deployed 2,000 National Guardsmen and 1,000 police officers to enforce a 10pm-5amcurfew in Baltimore Tuesday night
- Baltimore will keep its curfew from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. for the next week
- A group of about 100 defiant protesters remained in the streets after curfew, when law enforcement began to march
- However, the group mostly dispersed when cops in riot gear shot tear gas and fired rubber bullets into the crowd
- At a midnight press conference, Baltimore Police Commissioner Anthony Batts said 10 were arrested on Tuesday - seven for violating curfew
- Baltimore has been the center of demonstrations since April 19, when 25-year-old Freddie Gray died of a severed spine he suffered in police custody
