Interesting article. But it does illustrate an two unfortunate realities: that real job growth is lower than whale manure and employers thus have many, many more applicants than they do job positions that need to be filled, AND that we live in a very litigious society where people can sue you over anything. Consequently mangers are coming up with tricky questions to weed out the applicants and at the same time protect themselves from lawsuits (there are plenty of out of work lawyers too).
