  Yes, the elephant in the room social issue that no one is allowed to discuss is that the academic achievement gap between blacks and Hispanics on one end and whites and Asians on the other has remained constant over the past half century and has defied all efforts to remedy it. No matter what academic or social engineering program has been instituted the achievement gap remains.

"Restorative justice" is another cultural Marxist term designed to lend credibility to the fool-hearty notion of white privilege.

The achievement gap between white and non-white students not only remains, but seems to be widening; that, in spite of "restorative justice" efforts by the state's school systems to address white privilege by allowing bad-behaving non-white students in school. 


Our conclusion: Richard Lynn was right. The academic achievement disparity is a reflection of intelligence disparities between racial groups. The tinkering of social engineers can't alter that.
