This perpetrator gives a whole new meaning to the term “driving while black”. According to the TV news reporter Mr. Clark-Brown has never had a valid driver’s license, but that did not stop him from being arrested for all sorts of traffic violations during the past four years. Now it appears he decided to attempt murder in order to keep from spending the weekend in jail for being arrested for driving without a valid license once again.
The dirty little secret is that Cops DO stop blacks more often than whites. That is because a cop’s performance evaluation is based on how many arrests he makes; therefore an astute cop will focus his attention on those individuals who are more likely to be in violation of the law in order to achieve a good arrest record. One quickly learns from experience that blacks are much more likely to be in violation of the law than whites. For example a black motorist is much more likely to be driving without a valid license or have a warrant issued for his arrest because he didn’t pay a traffic ticket than a white motorist is.

Darriyone Zamone Clark-Brown, 21, was arraigned Monday on charges of assault with intent to murder, carrying a concealed weapon, felony firearm, fleeing and eluding, resisting, obstructing or assaulting an officer and driving without a license. He was taken to a hospital for the dog bite, the station said.

Clark-Brown faces a maximum sentence of life in prison. Prior to the incident he had no significant criminal record other than driving infractions, WOOD reported. He was taken to jail on a $250,000 bond.
