The head of Germany's police union told television station N24 that all hell has broken loose due to the insurgence of Muslim "refugees."
The union official blamed politicians for waiting until "things go up in flames" before they take action.
He said the "refugee" crisis could have been averted a year ago.
He also said that infighting among Islamic factions creates a dilemma that cannot be resolved.
