Ben Stein wonders why Donald Trump's lawyers don't ask for another judge.

Trump complained that U.S. District Court Judge Gonzalo Curiel could be biased, due to his Mexican heritage. 


Stein agreed, adding that Curiel has apparent ties to the La Raza (The Race), a Hispanic advocacy group that some characterize as a brown Ku Klux Klan. 


What's more, Stein says all judges bring bias to the bench. Roe v Wade, for example, was not founded on law but the opinions of members of the U. S. Supreme Court.
