It is part of the doctrine of Cultural Marxism (AKA Political Correctness) that you must never “punch down” and attack, criticize or ridicule poor oppressed people. Radical Muslim terrorists are poor oppressed brown people, so we must never over-react and punch down on them whenever they commit understandable acts of terrorism in response to centuries of western imperialism. Therefore our response to Muslim terrorism must always be purely defensive. We must just do a really good job of cleaning up after a terrorist attack and immediately return our attention to transforming our own country. Nothing to see here folks. Just get back to your own business.
The administration conditions the public to accept a minimal response to terror.
