What might African game have to look forward to if Sadistic Dentists didn’t have a taste for Safari?

For example, Walter Palmer, the dentist who killed “Cecil”, paid $50,000.00 USD to the dead-broke Government of Zimbabwe for a lion hunting permit. That is a reason to make sure there will be plenty of lions to hunt in Zimbabwe the future. The local villagers get the meat from these enormous animals as well. So if trophy hunting were to be abolished there would be no reason for these impoverished and corrupt countries to ensure the propagation of these animals. The video also confirms that dispatching these large animals with a single shot from an elephant killing rifle, or even a bow and arrow, is a much more humane way to hunt them than swarming them with spears. Well peppering the animals with bullets from an AK-47, as the poachers do nowadays, is a step up I guess.
