Bolivia becomes first nation to legalize child labor from age 10

"Bolivia says law reflects reality in country where 1 million children
regularly work, but activists complain it will increase poverty and
contravenes United Nations conventions."

This is ironic. The Socialists and Progressives of a century ago fought to
outlaw child labor in America, Europe AND Latin America. However, now the
socialist regime in Bolivia is legalizing child labor once again. Looks like
the Bolivian socialists ran out of wealth to redistribute. Now our leaders
are allowing this culture of failure to migrate into America and eventually
dominate our domestic politics.

"Socialist governments traditionally do make a financial mess. They always
run out of other people's money. It's quite a characteristic of them."
