Interesting. Was this a disparity of force situation that justified the use of knife in self-defense?

SAN ANTONIO - An early morning road rage incident resulted in a man being assaulted by another driver with a knife, San Antonio police said Thursday.
The incident occurred before 9 a.m. on Fair Avenue and South Gevers Street, found on the city's Southeast Side.
According to police, two men got into a dispute over speeding. That's when police say, one driver followed the other to an auto service station where he worked and began to act agressively.
Police said the upset man punched the employee and that's when the man pulled out a knife in self-defense, cutting the man's arm.
Police tracked down the injured man at a nearby apartment complex. He was taken to a hospital for his injury.
Police said the man defending himself will not be facing any charges.
