"The 15-year early retirement option will be available to certain categoriesof Regular Army, National Guard and Army Reserve officers, warrant officersand noncommissioned officers who are selected for involuntary separationsbecause of promotion Passover."
Well it's not like we're ever going to fight a war again is it?...Oh wait a minute!...We ARE fighting a war right now, aren't we? A war with ISIS/ISIL et all. So we are reducing the size of our Army in the middle of a war. How do we expect to win the war that way? OH OK, we DON"T expect to win. We are just buying time against the vain hope that our Middle Eastern "allies" will be able to build themselves up enough to take over the fight, then we'll cut them loose. Sort of like with South Vietnam. Winning would be un-PC. To be PC and Multicultural we must engage in pointless self-sacrifice with no expectation of gain. At the same time we must reduce our Armed Forces so the other countries around the world will not feel threatened by us. Well these are the kind of policies you end up with when you have "faculty lounge" radical Leftists running the country.
