Well at least in the future such exhibitionists will be able to go in the ladies’ rest rooms in search of inspiration for their masturbatory fantasies rather than cause a disturbance in the library.
Also, reports are that the young woman who was the exhibitionist’s “muse” was apparently not bothered by the affair to the point that she even posted a notice on social media publicly identifying herself as the girl who inspired the young man to touch himself in the library.

A Marquette University student has been arrested after he allegedly masturbated while watching a female student through a bookshelf in the Raynor Library as she studied for final exams Wednesday.
BarstoolSports.com broke the story and published what appear to be Snapchat pictures from someone in the library when the student was arrested:

Marquette University confirmed that a "case of disorderly conduct" took place at the library, but "because of student confidentiality laws, the university does not share details of individual incidents or cases."
The Marquette University Police Department (MUPD) issued the following incident report:
Disorderly Conduct; Occurred Wed., 5/11/16 at 6:17 p.m. Reported Wed., 5/11/16 at 6:40 p.m. A student acted in an indecent manner in the Memorial Library and was cited by MUPD.
"We expect all of our students to uphold Marquette’s Catholic and Jesuit values and to contribute to a safe and respectful environment, and we take any allegation of misconduct extremely seriously," a Marquette spokesman said in a statement to News/Talk 1130 WISN. "All Marquette students who are found in violation of university policy go through our student conduct process. The policy allows for a range of consequences which are enforced on an individual basis."
